Yeeep you read that right, if you can wear out the gear before you destroy it smashing those PB's then send it on back and we'll send you a brand newie or credit you the same value if it is no longer in stock.

If you come across a manufacturing guessed it. Send it back, again we'll get you a newie, credit or refund. The only limit to this cover is for any print on the garments. If you're like us they're going to get hammered! Ours are going strong but you have expect it to crack, fade and come off over time, but if that happens within the first 6 months we'll sort it.

Wanna make a return? No probs! Here's how:

100 Day Returns

You have 100 days from the date of your order to get your gear back to us!

If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

You can get yourself an exchange, full refund or store credit!


  • Sale and end of line items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. 
  • You can choose from an exchange, full refund or store credit.
  • All postage costs must be covered by us, even if you get the wrong size! Just get in touch and we'll organize a printable return packing slip.
  • If you received a faulty garment or the wrong item, please email us at NOSWEAT@SWEATEMPIRE.COM so we can make it right!

*All refunds are processed back through to your original payment method. If you have paid with a gift card/store credit, we will issue you with a new gift card. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you with a cash refund if you have paid with a gift card/store credit as there is no physical money here for us to refund you with. 

Once you have been issued with your return (either credit/refund) we are unable to change this.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

What is your returns policy?

There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 100 days of your original order date, and your gear needs to be unwashed, unworn (tried on is fine) and in the original condition that it was sent out to you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn, we workout hard and expect you would to. :(

What return options can I choose from?

You can select to exchange, get a refund for the cost of the item, or a store credit.


What if you guys sent me a faulty item?

One slipped past our sharp eyes! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your gear – from up close, from far away, after sweating in it all day.

If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email NOSWEAT@SWEATEMPIRE.COM and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.

Can I return sale or end of line items if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?

Nope :( Sale and end of line items can only be returned if they are faulty. You would have scored an absolute bargin! which would make an awesome present don't you think.
